2nd time around more painful?

I am 4 weeks with my 2nd and I'm already having round ligament pain, siatic pain, & I feel like the stretching and pinching pain is worse and felt earlier.  I mean no "bad pain."  Just annoying I can't cough or sneeze without knowing it's gonna hurt!  Anyone else notice it's more painful the second time or am I just noticing things more?

At 4 weeks??? I'm not sure that's normal at all!! I would make an appointment to discuss with your doctor!!

Yes and your doctor wil tell you that you will feel things with each pregnancy forward. You will feel things way earlier line pain and baby moving because your body has already did this before. Have your doctor not menitoned that to you at your visit?

My first pregnancy I didn't even know I was pregnant until 8 weeks! This second baby my symptoms were AWFUL! I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep at night. I kept telling my doctor it couldn't be normal but it was apparently haha. Good luck!

This happened with my second baby that early. My doctor said it's normal. Everyone is different. Try not to get worked up about it. As long as there is no spotting/bleeding or period like cramps. You will especially feel the pain earlier with second pregnancy of you are thin/petite. Hope this helps
