Colic?

Any ideas of how to make this better? My little guy is 7 weeks and every night from 8-11 he screams. It's a different cry than the rest of the day. It makes me panic! It sounds like he is in pain and I can't calm him. I just took him for a car ride and that settled him for a bit, but does anyone have any other ideas? Anyone else going through this? He is perfect all day long and then this happens pretty much everyday. I see the pediatrician on Tuesday so I was going to ask her as well...
