Heartburn?

Anyone else experience TERRIBLE heartburn that is more than just acid reflux? It makes my entire chest, top of my belly, and all of my back hurt and feel constricted. Nothing helps and it's incredibly painful ☹️

Zantac is safe. Also tums. And recently discovered seltzer water helps too. Although it's hard, avoid fried food and spicy food. And sitting up for atleast two hours after a meal will help with digestion.

I eat ice cream and drink milk when tums aren't helping.

Same terrible heart burn, burping up "flames", my neck burns sometimes ugh. Tums do not work for me. Driving water doesn't. Nothing :(
