What do you ladies use to try to avoid getting stretch marks? What really helps?

I use a coffee scrub in the shower & a hemp lotion after getting out. 34 weeks and 5 days along and still none on my tummy :)

I use palmers coco butter and it seems to work pretty well. I'm going on 30 weeks! only have a few on my back where I don't run it constantly.

I think they're hereditary but I use vitamin e oil. I have them on my hips just like my mom.

I took flaxseed oil capsules everyday. 
There's no point in only hydrating the outside of your skin. You need to do the inside too.
