Confused on what to do after.

Hi. I sorta had a one night stand with a friend last thursday (which was my first sex) and im completely naive--and kinda paranoid--what to do after. We practiced withdrawal sex but I cant stop thinking if i should drink any pills or something right now. Oh its also my first day of period when we did that. So i dunno if its gonna help.
