I'm 38 weeks & 2 days, as of Friday I was 3-4 centimeters and 70% effaced. Doctor said she felt the babies head. I came home and all weekend Long I've been bouncing on a ball, having sex , going for walks, eating pineapples etc. I get some random contractions that will hurt really bad but nothing that has been consistent , although my hips are killing me & I have intense pressure on my pelvic area. It feels extremely bruised down there lol I've also been getting nausea & I read online when going through dilation that can indicate I'm about 5cm. Bt that could be a myth. With my first pregnancy I didn't have any pains until 7.5cm & with my second I felt them at 5cm. I know every pregnancy is different. The RN thought the doctor would induce me early because Babygirl is 8lbs 11ounces already but he said I should wait. The pain though is getting frustrating , idk if I should go to the hospital ? Any opinions 😓
