Reproductive organ pains?

So in the past 7 months I've gone to the ER twice, first time was for severe ovarian pain and they sent me home with prescription ibuprofen and then just 2 weeks ago I went due to vaginal pains and they performed a pelvic exam, wet mount, pregnancy test, and a std test and everything came back normal or negative. They told me to go see a gynecologist and I haven't yet and now the pains come and go again, I also have problems with dryness down there. Mind you I am 19 years old and married with no children. And whenever my husband and I have sex sometimes my cervix hurts. Does anyone on here that is a health professional have any suggestions or theories on what might be wrong. I also stress a lot and it mainly happens while at work, high stress situations or during sex.
