Ringworm

I've had a large ringworm (doesn't itch or anything) spot on my hip. Idk how it got there but I've been treating it for weeks. Now I have 3 spots on my left arm and 3 on my right arm they don't look like ringworm but they are bumpy and very very small, I almost didn't notice them. (Doesn't itch either) I have a puppy and we go to the dog park frequently. Is it possible I got it from one of those dogs? I use athletes foot cream on it and tea tree oil. Will that make it go away? And how long should it take for it to go away? My husband is worried that he will contract it. Even though my husband is a scaredy cat about all bodily problems and functions.
