LIVID!! 😡😡 (UPDATED 8-12-16)

So my boss pulls me into the office earlier this evening and tells me that "people" (one person) are complaining about my frequent trips to the bathroom (over 50 yards away). He was told in the past that I am pregnant, and that as long as my trips are quick, there was no problem.
He asked me why I was going so often. I politely reminded him again of our conversation. His response left me floored.
"Oh, so you ARE still pregnant?"
"Umm... Yeah?"
"Well, you lost your last one, so I didn't know if that was the case with this one."
I almost lost my job right then. Maybe I'm overreacting, but that kind of comment seemed over the line and out of place. Did I maybe misinterpret the meaning? What do you guys think?
UPDATE: He told me he needs documentation stating that I have a medical condition that requires me to urinate more frequently, which I understand. What has me upset is the fact that he basically told me he hadn't expected me to stay pregnant, so that's why he didn't ask for documentation before. Just clarifying. 
UPDATED 8/12/16! - So I spoke with my doctor and was able to get a doctor's note that was specifically what my supervisor asked for: something that stated I needed to urinate more frequently and that I could experience infrequent vomiting after I eat (it's only happened once, but I went ahead and got it covered, too). He pulls me into the office and says "Just so you know, [this company] doesn't honor work restrictions for temps. I'll go ahead and fax it in, but just to let you know, they won't honor it." He specifically asked for a note detailing my "restrictions" (which seem more like "accommodations" to me, since I'm not being restricted from any work). I actually had to talk to another supervisor just to find out that I need "maternity papers", instead, aka proof that I'm pregnant. He's also had another temp publicly writing on our work board what times I'm leaving my station for designated breaks and what time I come back. I'm talking with HR first thing in the morning.
