Weird stretch marks

So this is my 3rd pregnancy and I have gotten lucky with my first two and not getting stretch marks.  Well this time I'm not so lucky.  I honestly don't care if I have them it not, it's just they hurt!  And are really bumpy all under my belly button and they feel almost like a bruise under the skin only worse. I have extra fluid and I'm almost 36 weeks.  Has anyone else felt this or dealt with something like this?  I'm going to ask the doctor at my next appointment but was wondering what y'all
