Ectopic?

Hey ladies I'm suppose to be 7 weeks today and I have been scared its ectopic. I have all the normal pregnancy symptoms and the usual cramping but on my right side (especially the past few days) I get a sharp pain. I haven't had spotting at all and I wouldn't be worried if it wasn't for that ovary pain. It could be a cyst because I do get them but I was wondering if they feel similar? I tried so hard for this baby and I don't want to lose it. I set up an appointment (my first appointment) but they can't see me until the 22. Any input is helpful. Thanks in advance
