Can't find a list for this

So I have an appt tomorrow with a high risk Dr to see if I need to be admitted and put on bed rest. Not only do i have a cerclage due to ci but my cervix are shortening. So my question is, I'm taking a hospital bag just in case they do admit me and I can't find a list of what I might need. I'm 26 weeks so I'll be there for a long while. Can anyone who might have been admitted and had a long hospital stay help with some tips please. We're gonna be an hour away from home so I don't want to forget anything. thanks I'm advance:)
