When your boobs are swollen with milk, do you (or did you) get kind of irrational and emotional?

Meaning - was there ever a time in your breast feeding experience when you could correlate your dense, swollen boobs with going a little extra nuts ??
(I don't just mean you're upset because your boobs are swollen - I mean you THINK you're upset about other things, and then realize, oh, my boobs are like rocks right now!)
