Extremely miserable

34+2. Sunday I woke up with cramping and spotting. Doctor released me and checked me at a follow up appointment and said I was ok. Since I've spotted twice but feel like absolute death. Extremely hot, even in a cold room, exhausted, swollen and short of breath.. and allergies acting up on top of that. Am I the only one??
