Breastfeeding

I know that there might be many posts on this, but I need help. I am determined to breastfeed. My baby is only a full day old and the hospital staff tells me she is doing great with latching, but I do not think she is getting enough. I do know that my breast only have colostrum right now. I'm a ftm and I need to know of any tips possible. Also my boobs are small and my nipples are flat. Please help.
