Did you already knew the proper way to breath when going into labor?

Im honestly going to go into labor without knowing how to push or breathe 😒 ived seen some videos on youtube and all but idk ....

Learn different methods and do what feels right in the moment. Be confident that your body knows what it's doing!

No one ever told me but I just started doing it when my body told me to and even the nurses complimented me on my breathing skills and pushing skills and I never took one class. Your body was made for labor. Trust it.

No. The nurse did have to guide me, but I got the hang of it fast..once I realized how easy that part was, she didn't have to do much else except tell me when to push

I had a night of very painful contractions just now, and I found my own rhythm when it came to breathing. Focus so hard on your breathing that's all. It helps so much!
