Carpal tunnel pain!! What helps?!?!
Pregnancy induced carpal tunnel!
Any of you had it bad? Please tell me there is a trick to making this feel better???! I can't do another 6 weeks of this!
Every single night, no matter how or where I sleep I wake up to the most excruciating pain near my elbows and tingly numbness down to the tips of my fingers. I've tried doing massages and all the tricks to ease the pain but nothing works.. It takes about an hour to ease up after being awake. I haven't tried the gloves, do they really help?
