Any advice on how to get pregnant quicker after trying for 4 months?

You don't have to stop! Just focus on a  couple other things. It's ok to still check. And I still knew my most fertile days, but we just stopped forcing it. It will happen for you soon! (: good luck!

Don't try anymore. Lol worked for me. And we tried for 8 months, and then "gave up" for 2. I  currently 4 weeks(:
