The father of my child had made threats to me when I first found out I was pregnant about hurting my family, couldn't get a protective order because he jumps from house to house and they HAVE to have an address. Well I've been messaging him just about to baby and how things are going, he wants to be there when I give birth but I DO NOT want him on the certificate. How do I go about that if he is at the hospital while I have to fill out paperwork. He will know he is not on it and he scares me when he gets mad.
