Tip for constipation!
Ladies - I have been so constipated since I found out I am pregnant. I think I may have found a remedy and want to share it. The simple change I made was to replace water with warm water ! And then sip it slowly . Every time I drank water, it was very warm- after meals esp.
I noticed a difference from the next day! It's worth a try - you have nothing to lose. Except a minute to heat the water :) . If it burns your tongue, it's too hot! A little more warmer than lukewarm water worked for me. I don't know if it's just a coincidence -but something to try?
(I hope I don't jinx myself 😂😂, and be back to being constipated again lol)
