I am maybe 6 weeks and am getting beta blood draw tomorrow. But I've had debilitating nausea and been sick since 3 days after my missed period. And it's definitely not just in my head. I'm exhausted and feel drained some days. I have one child already and it was never like this with him! No cravings yet thank goodness but the smell of fish sticks today for son made me hurt a little bit.  I had no morning sickness and I was super chipper in the first trimester. Lol. I am a twin (but my mother lost the other in utero, doesn't talk about it much). But because my mom was adopted we have no clue if twins run on her side. 

Anyone was just thinking about it today. What my chances are and such.
