After trying multiple different versions of the pill for some time, I've decided I cannot take what it does to me emotionally and physically. I'm completely exhausted all time, irritable, things taste weird and I even wanted to have sex less. So I stopped taking it about two months ago and I feel like the effects are working their way out of my system. Anyway, I've continued to use condoms and am avoiding anything during or near my supposed fertile periods as shown on glow. I want to start using some sort of fertility awareness method though in addition, since the app may or may not be as accurate as could be hoped. What books would you recommend I look into? Amazon reviews send to be either "oh my god changed my life" or "suckiest book ever." So I'm not sure what to believe.
