Hi sorry if im sounding stupid. Im 25 weeks today, baby has been moving round lots through the day and is normally really active on a night time when im relaxing. Only tonight is a little different she hasnt moved in last few hours and i have a horrible sharp cramping pain right at the bottom of my lower stomach. Iv took paracetamol just wandering how long i should wait before i should ring midwife or am i just worrying over nothing?
