Can I take these iron pills while taking prenatal vitamins ?

If your prenatals don't have iron in them then it should be fine. If they do then ask your doctor about it first because too little or too much iron can be dangerous.

Check with your caregiver before taking...but I do know they counteract eachother. I have to take iron pills as well as prenatals and was told to take them at least 3 hours apart..

That's the kind I take bc I'm anemic even before getting pregnant. I take the prenatal in the morning & the iron at night.

Ask your doctor to be sure, especially if your prenatals already have iron. Also, iron can cause constipation so make sure you're getting plenty of fiber and water :)
