Don't feel baby move as much!

I'm 39 weeks, today I have barely felt the baby move. Iv lied down 3 times to do kick counts all of which she reached 10 movements in the hour. However I have to really really concerntrate to feel her move. Is it normal! Just 2 days ago it was a complete different story and she was super active!
