I did it!

I have been so focused on getting healthy since my miscarriage! Life is too short to be stuck in a tired and lumpy body. No more obesity for me! I have officially lost 8 lbs in three weeks! I have been eating such nutritious foods and working out almost everyday for 30 min. I've also been running one mile in 14 min every other night. I am sooooo proud of myself and can't believe how much stamina I really have!
