How do I turn this on?? Ignore my crappy paint job but I don't know how to turn this on. I thought it had to charge. Nope. I plugged it up in different outlets. I pressed the power button. I held the power button down. Am I doing something wrong?

Usually it turns on just from pushing the power button. Have you tried holding it down? Or pressing power button then massage button right after
