This is the stupidest thing ever! I was half asleep and hungry after Breastfeeding and went to the kitchen to eat. I grabbed The bowl that was on the side of the sink thinking oh it looks clean and scooped up some pasta in it and ate it. My husband came in and asked where the bowl went and it was the one in my hand and he tells me "omg that's the cats drinking bowl!" I'm breastfeeding and I think I should pump and dump just in case I get sick. How long should I do it for? My husband thinks I should be fine but I don't want to take chances.
