Looks swollen. Drink water and elevate your feet!

That's been me too! As long as your blood pressure is normal, no severe headaches and vision is fine then it's part of the "fun" of summer pregnancy. Compression socks help me some, although they are hard to put on. Also feet elevated and ice.

With the recent heat I've been waking swollen too. I had to drink a ton of water and make sure my house is ice cold at night, which also means several bathroom trips through the night :/

Swelling to that extreme could be a sign of pre-eclampsia.

Any stomach pain?
Any severe headaches?
Sensitivity to light? 
Floaters in your eye sight? 
Blood pressure higher?

It's something you should mention to your dr. Just to be on the safe side. they will test your urine for protein (blood) And check your BP.
