Around smoke

I'm visiting friends in Vegas. I'm am just now 8 weeks pregnant and I tried to go hang out with my friends at the club. I was inside maybe. 15 minutes and there was smoke in the club. I came home and showered immediately. What are your thoughts on being around the smoke like that?
