Stomach sickness

I haven't felt good for the past couple days. Been feeling nauseous with a bad headache. Well I woke up at 3:30 this morning and have been sitting with my head in the toilet for the past hour. I can't seem to throw up but I feel like I have to. I've tried making myself and it doesn't work. Idk what's wrong. 😩

I'm 37+4 weeks.
