Today I am 4 weeks and 5 days. Yesterday and this morning I haven't had any symptoms at all. But before yesterday I had various symptoms all day every day started at week 3.

This is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy started in April of this year and ended in June of this year. This time around is so different from the first time. My breasts don't ache and haven't gotten any bigger like before. Other than nausea and fatigue once in awhile, I have no symptoms like I did the first time....and now since yesterday no symptoms. Is this normal?

Has this happened to anyone else? Having had a miscarriage just two months ago, I am always afraid of losing this baby or having an empty egg. I don't get my first ultrasound until Sept 12.
