Cleaning during first trimester

I just cleaned more in detail since i found out i was pregnant. I did some medium lifting and the whole process took about 3 hours. Now my lower back is hurting and my ovaries too and i am liitle scared. How do you manage daily chores and deep cleaning?any advice?
