I don't mean to be mean or to seem selfish, but today is me and my boyfriends first year anniversary, and I may have expected today to be about us. A month ago i bought him a gift, which I was so excited about that i gave it to him early. It was a watch with our initails on it. Well today rolls around and he is just acting like its just another day. He wants to stay home and pretty much do nothing, which i understand, because he works a lot, but this week he's been saying he will think of something for us and I asked him to try and be romantic (he is never romantic mainly because he doesn't know how) and he was like okay. But as you can see.. Nothing about today comes near that. I just don't know if this is how normal relationships are. Can I have some advice, please. I kind of yelled at him, but it made me upset how he always say something and than when the day comes, it's something else.
