Sweep or induced?
My due date was 7th August. But baby has still not come yet.
I met my midwife on 11th. She wanted to offer me sweep but she had a doubt that baby is breech. So she did not.
Later same day I had scan to comfirm the position..thank god she is in normal position.
Now..I am already 1 week over due. Midwife booked appointment for sweep on 18th August. And if nothing happens then induced labour on 20th August.
I have heard that sweep is safe but induced labour is very painful and unsafe.
I am scared of sweep and induced labour as well. Could anyone tell me what is better and if you had this thing how was it?
