When do I test? Symptoms are so dif

I'm 7dpo and right after we bd on peak fertility day soon after my boobs are throbbing and heavy and tingly. They are getting bigger and heavier.  My right ovary has been dull cramps and I'm tired. I've felt implantation cramping before but never got a bfp. Thing is I only get sore boobs like 3 days before AF. AF doesn't start until the 25th.  When do I test. I had a tiny tiny dark red spot on my pannies today too. Never had that before 🤔 any advice !?
