FTM ... Contractions ?! 38 weeks 4 days

Okay so the last two days I've been having bloody mucus (lost huge chunks of my plug over the last week too ), cramping constantly like I'm gonna get my period , and back ache . Now today since I woke up I've had contractions ... Start in my back and move forward and my whole stomach gets tight it's not overly painful . For the last two hours I've been timing and we have gotten to between 10-15 minutes apart and I'm just waiting to see if they continue to get closer ?! Does this sound like I could be in labor ?
