Swollen sore hands at night.. Anyone else?

Sore hands... completely dead arms... fairly painful...it's gotten so bad that I can't sleep and this Momma is getting cranky over it I hope it ends after delivery :-/

Mine are kind of like that at night and in the mornings when I first wake up.. They don't really look swollen but they hurt when I bend my fingers and my hands are very hot. It's really aggravating 😒

I wake up with it and gets better throughout the day. But it hurts so bad!

I get it. Carpal tunnel sticks! I hope it goes away quickly! I saw a message therapist and he showed me how to stretch them out and get the swelling down.

Me too! All I can think is a few more weeks and I'll have my son and hopefully no more swollen hands or feet lol! 
Trying to enjoy these last days feeling him roll and kick. Before the kicking and screaming start lol!

It's Carpal Tunnel. If your fingers lock when you bend 'em down, its trigger finger but that's also associated with Carpal Tunnel. My hands hurt when I wake up in the morning. It sucks major butt.

I go to physio for my carpal tunnel. I had it pretty bad in my right wrist and a bit in my left way before I was even pregnant. Was booked for surgery for my right wrist but they wouldn't do it while I was pregnant so physio it is for now.

SO here's what they have me doing and it helps big time:

- wear wrist braces. I got mine on Amazon for pretty cheap (maybe 16$ each?) Wear them overnight, every night. I know, not sexy, but they really do help. If it's really bad, just keep wearing the braces as long as you can during the day too. Make sure they are just keeping your wrist straight and not too tight nor compressing the area where your wrist meets your hand. The braces on Amazon or wherever you get em from should specifically mention carpal tunnel.

- don't ice your hands! To get the circulation going, alternate them in bowls of warm then cool water. Do this about 4 times with each hand, starting with warm.

I have that too, very common during pregnancy.
I was told to make a fist with my hands in shoulder height, then raise my hands in the air with straight arms(so that the blood can flow easily), and spread out the fingers. Repeat. Ten times an hour.
