Is it to soon for a stroller?

Question

I needed a smaller stroller to fit in my Kia and this one the seat does have different positions for the back rest. I also put a head pillow for neck support.

I only use the stroller with the car seat.  Even though I use the convertible car seat I will bring the infant seat and place it in my car if I'm gonna need the stroller, which I normally baby wear.  I tried putting him in the stroller alone and didn't like it.

I personally wouldn't put mine in a stroller like that. One that can late totally flat yes. If her beck goes forward and jerks her self she can get hurt. I wouldn't recommend one like that just yet until she has more head control
