Swelling question?

Hi, I've had fairly bad swelling of my feet, ankles and legs for quite a few weeks naw and at all my appointments my bp and urine have been fine but this last week I've noticed it never goes down whereas before first thing in the morning I would have no swelling but I seem to wake up with swelling (not as bad as it is by the end of the day) do you think this is still normal or should I mention it to my midwife and see if I can be seen sooner than my Thursday hospital appointment?
