Implantation bleeding??

So let me start with my husband and I have been trying for 3 years. I found out I was pregnant in June but a week later I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks. We haven't really been trying since because I have been real emotional about it. Well last night after work I used the bathroom and wiped and there was light pink on the TP so I kind of freaked out thinking it was in my urine so I decided to stick my finger up there and check my cervix, sure enough it was coming out of my uterus. There was literally just a finger full of light red blood. So I thought ok maybe it's my period coming 8 days early. (Sorry left out that I am a regular 36 day cycle and ovulate on CD 20 and last night was CD 27) so today I didn't see anymore blood or have any cramps so I checked my cervix again...just really tight in there and cervix went way up and it is soft and I have white CM, not one drop of blood whatsoever. Could that have been IB?
