Finally got a diva cup so I won't have to think about all the chemicals on tampons and pads getting into my body.

Usually both when it's heavy, then just pads as it starts to dwindle off.

I use to use both but after my daughter tampons don't fit the right way.  The ob I had with her messed me up down there .
