Is this chart accurate?

Ppl ask me all the time how far I am and when I tell them the weeks they ask the months and I never know what to say
 lol I found this chart online is it accurate?

It's accurate, same as what I've seen. But it's a little confusing. For example, I'm 23 weeks but I don't consider myself 6 months yet. Looking at a regular calendar, starting from March 1, I'd be 5 months and a couple weeks. Won't be 6 months until I get to 26 weeks. I don't know...maybe I'm measuring incorrectly.

Technically pregnancy is 10 months (40 weeks). So each month has 4 weeks in it. 👍🏽

My doctor gave me a book that breaks it down to 10 months with each month having 4 weeks. So I've been going by that. I'm currently 24 weeks so one more week to go and then I'll be in my 7th month.
