Anyone in the same boat? Preg and not feeling it?

Just wondering is anyone else is similiar to me? 6 weeks pregnant and no signs at all except tiredness? Getting concerned.. is this normal?

I didn't have anything with my daughter. Didn't know I was pregnant until I was 12 weeks (I was a Jr in high school and thought my missed periods were from stress) this pregnancy I have all the signs from 3 weeks on (I'm now 10 weeks) every pregnancy is different and every person is different. I wouldn't worry :)

I Spotted from 6 weeks untill around 12 weeks, happy healthy pregnancy so far... Now at 26 weeks... May all be well..
