Itchy toes

Really random but.... I have really itchy toes but only on my left foot it's driving me insane it got so bad yday I actually made my tie bleed from scratching it. Is this a cause of concern that needs to be delt with asap or can it wait till Friday ( it's Sunday now) as that's when I'm seeing my midwife I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant didn't know if it's hormoan related ect and had anyone else had this problem? X
