We bought our last year. Our price range was $200k-300k. We got a 4 bed, 2.5 bath home for $285k.

It's pretty depressing reading what some of you have paid for a big house lol.

We are in the Bay Area and prices are absolutely ridiculous. We were looking for a 2BR apartment for under 500k in San Jose and could only find shit holes. We've decided to rent a 1BR apartment for $2,675/month instead while we wait for this "bubble" to burst. Kill me.
