Am I in pre term labor my back is hurting so bad I'm 26 weeks and a few days pregnant. I passed a bowel movement didn't help, I peed didn't help, I layed on every side and nothing helped it's in my lower back just above my but. I haven't felt her move much today. It hurts bad.
