Symptom of pregnancy?

Did anyone have severe cramping as a symptom of conception?? Period isn't due for a week and a half.

I'm wondering the same thing. I can't remember exactly what my cramping felt like with my first pregnancy but I know I had cramping. So I'm hoping that's all this is cause my AF is t due until the 23rd. 
I can say though, my AF cramps are usually very dull and almost feel heavy, like a sinking kinda cramp. My pregnancy ones were twinges and sharp pains.
