With my first I had morphine and an epidural. With my second it was all natural. I preceded it natural because my recovery was easier and the hormone rush was way better

Natural- because I decided I wanted to feel every single step in the process of becoming a mother. I wouldn't change it for the world either.

Epidural, because if I don't have to feel pain, why would I? However, every time I've had an epidural, I've still felt things to a certain extent, so it's not completely pain free.

I had iv meds because i don't like needles & couldn't stand the thought of it going in my back......... i still felt everything though

We're planning on doing all natural! The lower risk of C-Section without an epidural along with just the benefit of letting my body do what it was designed to do just seem to good to me. Birth is birth though, and as long as a woman gets a healthy baby from her delivery then I would say that's a good birth experience. C-Section, Natural, Epidural, or IV, doesn't matter to me what anyone else chooses:)

3) Epidural VBAC, due to poor Fetal positioning
4) Epidural VBAC, due to posterior presentation and intense back labor
5) Planning a natural VBAC

I left my options open with my daughter. If I wanted meds I didn't want to limit myself but if I felt I could do it without I wanted too. I ended up going natural because when I finally asked for the juice it was about time to push lol

Natural, because it helps me progress faster! With my first i labored for 16 hours and pushed for almost 2, all completely drug free. I ended up needing a c section, so obviously drugs were great then! With baby 2, I really want to avoid an epidural, but am open to iv meds if it means I can labor easier and have a successful vbac. Everyone is different though, and let's be honest, childbirth is ridiculously painful! I have no judgment for whatever people choose :)

I plan on going natural. I don't want to be stuck to the bed. Just in case. I also plan on a home / water birth. I want as little intervention as possible (as long as I stay low risk)
