Help, I'm scared (IUD Expulsion?)

My boyfriend and I were having sex on Friday and afterwards he said he thought he could feel my IUD. It had been a week or two since I checked, but after he said that I checked everything again and I can feel the plastic but only a little bit of it. About a week ago it started to hurt a little when I peed/stretched a certain way, and I've been having some pretty mild cramps but I haven't been on my period and that's the only time I ever get cramps.

I'm really scared. I'm going to Planned Parenthood tomorrow to see if they can check things out. I know that if it is a partial expulsion, I'll have a higher risk of it happening again. I really love the IUD though. Will they re insert it, or insert a new one if it is? Could I be pregnant because of that? :/
